I came into my restaurant at about 8am to start preparations for the lunch rush. I noticed right away a pool of water around the supply room. My water heater had sprung a leak and I needed a new one right away in order to keep my business open. Steve, from Washington Water Heaters, was on site in less than 60 minutes, and to my surprise, Steve had discovered that my 6-year-old heater was grossly undersized for the tasks at hand.
