Led by Steve, Tom, and Len, our core team brings over 50 years of combined plumbing and water heating experience to the table (if we are being completely honest, it’s actually closer to 83 years, but who’s counting!). We specialize exclusively in water heaters, meaning we bring a level of focused, niche expertise to your home that standard plumbers simply can't match. From cutting-edge tankless upgrades to rapid tank replacements, our goal is simple: Nobody gets you into hot water faster!
MEET THE OWNERS
Tom Hagar
Founding Member / Licensed Plumber
Tom is one of the founding members of our company and has worked in the water heater industry since 1997. He is a Washington State licensed residential plumber and also holds a Seattle Gas Piping License. Tom works in the field daily and specializes in the design, repair, replacement, and installation of tank water heaters and tankless water heaters. His extensive experience includes diagnosing complex water heater problems and delivering safe, code-compliant installations for residential customers throughout the Puget Sound region.
Steve Hyde
General Manager / Licensed Plumber
Steve began working in the water heater industry in 1987 after serving as an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist in the United States Air Force. He joined our company in November 2003 and is a Washington State licensed residential plumber. During his long career, Steve has specialized in residential tank water heater and tankless water heater repair, and replacement. As our General Manager, he now spends his days helping customers, answering phones, coordinating service, and solving complex water heater problems.
Harold "Len" Hanson
Partner / Licensed Plumber
Len joined our team in August 2008. Although he had limited experience in the plumbing industry at the time, we immediately recognized his strong work ethic and potential. Len has always had a passion for learning and quickly became highly skilled in residential plumbing, complex system design, and especially hydronic heating systems. He earned his Washington State residential plumber’s license and has become one of the most experienced tank water heater, tankless water heater, and hydronic heating system technicians in the Puget Sound region. In early 2025, Len became a partner in our company and continues to work in the field daily, providing expert water heater repair, replacement, and installation services to our customers.
