Tom spent the most time... read more working with me and I found him not only professional and courteous, but also generous with his time, really making an effort to understand the nature of my request. Ultimately, after a service call to take a gas pressure reading, Tom helped me understand I didn't need to make any changes to our line. While this wasn't a large job, I certainly felt that Tom and Washington Water Heaters are a knowledgeable and customer service-oriented company I'd be happy to work with again.

Within a couple of days, owner Steve came too helped replace that leaking valve and our old main valve that couldn't totally shut off water. Steve even taught me to spray foam to fill the gap preventing mice from crawl space. They charged reasonable price. The appointment scheduling was well-organized. We are very happy with their service!
