Within a couple of days, owner Steve came too helped replace that leaking valve and our old main valve that couldn't totally shut off water. Steve even taught me to spray foam to fill the gap preventing mice from crawl space. They charged reasonable price. The appointment scheduling was well-organized. We are very happy with their service!

Ultimately, after a service call to take a gas pressure reading, Tom helped me understand I didn't need to make any changes to our line. While this wasn't a large job, I certainly felt that Tom and Washington Water Heaters are a knowledgeable and customer service-oriented company I'd be happy to work with again.

The tank he had would not fit. He made a phone call to check if the suppliers had the tank that could fit the space, went out to get the tank, came back in about 45 minutes, installed the new tank for me, making sure that the release valve is accessible, left the place in a nice looking condition. To me, that's an awesome service.
