My old water heater was leaking. When the technician came, he found that the guy who installed the AC for our house ran the pipe too close to the... read more water heater. The tank he had would not fit. He made a phone call to check if the suppliers had the tank that could fit the space, went out to get the tank, came back in about 45 minutes, installed the new tank for me, making sure that the release valve is accessible, left the place in a nice looking condition. To me, that's an awesome service.
