Very happy with our service. It was easy to schedule an appointment, they arrived within the arrival window they gave us, and fixed the issue with our tankless water heater quickly. The lead person was very knowledgeable and experienced. I overheard him training the new guy with him, and was impressed at his method, asking questions for the new guy to think through and answer. The technician who came out was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions on our water heater and hydronic radiant heating system. He pointed out that we had the wrong mixing valve with lead on our potable water lines and replaced it with a lead-free version right away. Would highly recommend their service.

I had a new tankless water heater installed last week. Tom and one of his employees came to help with the installation. The job took about 3-4 hours to finish. They were very professional and knowledgeable.

Our 5 year old water heater stopped heating over the weekend (WWH had installed it). We waited until Monday to call as we didn't need emergency service. They got service tech Ryan out same day. It was an easy fix and he checked and adjusted the heater while he was here. Excellent service for a fair price. If you need a new water heater or service th is company is great.
